Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi.

 

After re-installation of the printer (not all features where correct installed ) the printer is not printing of some lines the complete letters. The top half of the letters is missing. This happens every four lines.

 

Do you have any ideas how to solve this. Before the re-installation I did not have this problem.
