We are getting this error message :
One or more cartridges are missing or damaged.
Until cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer"
1) we removed cartridges one by one to see which one was faulty. Nothing changed. Same error message.
2)we inserted new cartridges.Nothing changed. Same error message.
3)we unplugged the machine from the wall outlet for a minute.Nothing changed. Same error message.
4)we updated the firmware to the latest version.
we cannot print anything, not even the test pages.
also before and after the new cartridges, the estimated supply levels are down, like empty..
its not able to read the ink levels correctly.
Smart app tells us that a cartridge is missing.
