Product: officejet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bij het afdrukken via de pc drukt deze  enkel in zwart wit af  ( in meerdere programma's getest ) .   

Via app afdrukken op printer drukt deze wel af in kleur 

heb alreeds de printer driver opnieuw geinstaleert via de site maar dit met het zelfde resultaat. 

gebruik de printer draadloos op netwerk
