Hey. I have printed some normal pieces of papers. but suddenly one piece of paper got stock inside the printer. I turned off the printer and pulled the paper out, when i turned on the printer it is writing "Printerfejl" translated it is "Print failure"

The description is like this (there is a problem with your printer or inksystem, please turn off and turn on the printer. Contact HP Support if the problem continues)

I push the questionmark on the display and get following text (Solution 1: reset the product. Turn off and pull the cable out, insert the cable again and push the power button to turn on the product again. Solution 2: Contact HP Support. Write down the failure code and contact the support. Go to www.hp.com/support

I have tried follow these steps, and it does'nt work. I have also tried to use the doctor software. nothing works. the last problem is that there is not any failure code in the massage for me to give the support.

I hope somebody can help me out of this problem

Welcome to HP support community.

Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges

  1. Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.

  2. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.

  3. Push the ink cartridge to remove it, and then push it into its slot until it snaps into place.

  4. Repeat these steps for the other three ink cartridges.

  5. Close the ink cartridge access door.

Check the carriage for a printhead latch

Open the door to access to the ink cartridges, and then determine if the carriage inside the printer has a printhead latch.
