Product: officejet pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Having my hp 6600 die i have purchased a officejet pro 6970.

Loaded every thing, printer works  except from  one programme.

The old machine printed from this programme but not this one.

The printer sounds like it is going to print and a pop up comes up and says unable to print.

 All goes quiet

Go to the printer pop up to see printer list/queue and it shows error

What program does not print?  What media type and print settings?

 

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
