Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is out of Cyan, but HP has set it up not to be able to print in black and white either. I ordered ink from HP on the 6th, today is the 10th and it hasnt even shipped yet. How can this srtting be overwritten?

Hi,

It cannot be overwritten and an empty cartridge must be replaced to resume printing:

I suggest contacting HP Store support using below link, select Small or Medium Business products and then Get help with an order I already placed:
