paper jammed: HP Envy 4500 Wireless All-in-One

I have a HP Envy 4500 Wireless All-in-One Color Photo

This morning I tried to do a black & white copy. The paper
jammed. So I opened the printer and remove the long narrow
piece in the back (the piece that you squeeze together the
levers to loosen it). I see no paper. I see no paper in
the front or the top front. The paper must had jammed
underneath. How do I get this paper? Unscrew something.
I do not the tool to unscrew the screw under the printer.
What kind of screw are they?

Fyi, this printer is 1.05 years old - just past the
warranty.

p.s. Although I am using a linux-based OS, this problem has
nothing to do with OS. I clicked copy -> b&w copy on the
printer screen.
