Hi I am trying to set this printer up for paper size 12 x 12" I've done this before for 10x10" but can't remember how to set it up as a new paper setting, I had a feeling you went in from Devices and printers in the device and printer on the computer!

Hi,

Please refer to the below document to use custom size paper.

Hope this helps

there wont be Ok here as you have already created the custom size and saved it, so you will just have the close option.

Did it work after creating custom settings ?
