When print is selected, printer requests that paper be inserted in paper tray 1.  This is not an actual 'tray', but the location that single sheet feed is used when necessary.

Paper tray '2' is the location for bulk paper.  Printer preferences set at 'auto select'.  The only way we are able to print is to set paper tray '2' as the default tray.

I downloaded the latest firmware, (June 2018) but when trying to install the printer reports that the current installed firmware is already current.

In February/March time frame I replaced the motherboard.  Most recent printer software is installed on computer(s).

Any suggestions out there?  Is there a way to 'refresh/re-install' firmware?
