My hp envy 4500 gets "jammed" when trying to print on premium plus photo paper (soft gloss, 8.5x11)

Hi,

Is it an HP Premium Plus Photo Paper?

What is the indicated paperweight on its label? the printer supports 220 to 280 gsm photo paper media, not any thicker paper.

When you load the paper, make sure to change the printer settings to Photo Paper or Photo Paper - Glossy and make sure the correct paper type is selected from the driver too, assuming the paper meets the printer specifications and not too thick.

I'm not sure exactly what i did but it feeds the photo paper now, but now it prints unaligned. If i try printing the photo towards the top of the paper it cuts off part of it. This also only happens on photo paper, i tried it with regular paper and prints fine. I also tried the alignment print page and nothing really happened.
