Hi am about ready to smash my printer up plz HELP. 

I have no trouble printing onto photo paper but when I change to glossy photo printer I keep getting the message to load paper, I have done updates but still will not print

I have loads from when I had my last printer. I wonder if it would work if I turn the paper round and dont use the glossy side ?? Will try later. Thanks for your answer😀

Welcome to HP support community.

 

I see that this printer does not support glossy photo papers.

Here are the media types supported by this printer:

Plain paper, Photo paper, Brochure paper

Refer "Paper handling" specifications in this document:- Click here

Will do al try it later when I have time then at least if anyone else has the same as me they will know if it works on the backside of glossy but personally I think it should be mentioned in the paperwork that the printer only prints on Matt photo paper x

If you turn the paper around from the glossy and change the settings to other Matt inkjet paper it prints ok x 👌😀 Thank you all for your help in sorting this for me x
