photosmart 325
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I am having problems printing photos on the HP Photosmart 325. I am using windows 10, HP Premium Photo Paper, HP ink cartridge. The photos look like they have too much green in them, and all red/pink areas are coming out very pale.

Have tried switching off and on, have tried different socket, have re-installed drivers, all made no change. Can any one help? It has been suggested that the ink may have deteriorated and need to be renewed, but I don't want to spend out for ink in case this doesn't solve the problem.

Hi @suel3

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Have you tried printing a regular document and check if the issue persists?
  • You may also try printing the image on a US letter size sheet to check if it prints fine.

Kindly perform the steps from this document to resolve print quality issues.

Also, check the print settings on the PC

Refer to this document to know how to change the settings.

Check the print quality settings. You may select from BEST, Normal, or DRAFT mode.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
