Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi there,

 

out of blue my printer has started to miss lines while printing. I have tried all trouble shooting including allignment, printer head clean etc but of no use. ink level is showing adequate. 

 

 Not sure what to do next, whether to buy a new ink cartridge to see if it helps but if it doesnt it will be waste of money.

 

will appreciate any help.

Hello, 

 

Step 1: Use genuine HP ink cartridges

Step 2: Check estimated ink levels

Step 3: Replace any low or empty ink cartridges

Step 4: Clean the ink cartridges

Step 5: Identify the problem ink cartridge

Step 6: Check the ink cartridge warranty status

Step 7: Replace the problem ink cartridge 

 

If you have performed all Troubleshooting steps mentioned. 

 

Please Call HP Support for repalcement of defective ink cartridge.
