Hi, have been using this for homeschooling and was printing fine from IPhone 10 but now will only print in B&W? Prints from a Samsung tablet in colour but not on phone, there isn’t an option anywhere that I can find to turn colour on.. 

Soo frustrating!! Can anyone help me..

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you're printing from the smart app, then swipe up to change the color settings.

 

 

 

If the issue persists, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
