One day I printer 5 copies of a letter, since that time my printer is stuck on 5 copies. So if I decide to print another letter I better change from 5 to 1 copy or it will print 5. I have tried to reset the printer but it is always on 5 copies. Thanks for the help

Try a power on reset.

With the power on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, wait 2 minutes, then reconnect.

I have tried that. I even unplugged the printer and held the power button in for 30 seconds and power back on. No change

I had to take it off wireless and network the printer, and was able to reset the copies one. What do you think made it stick on 5 instead of reverting back to one copy.  Thanks for your help
