Hello Gary, Thank you for your advice but still have the problem of green tinge and vertical and horizontal lines.

Cleaning and aligning does not solve problem of magenta not showing or lines. Cartridge has been changed recently also.

Hi,

You have to try a 3 level of cleaning.

Go to the printer home screen and select the "Set Up" Icon

Go to Tools > Clean Cartridges.

Here there are 3 levels.

On first level a page will be printed, you need to check the quality of the page.

If that is not good enough, then on the printer screen automatically it will prompt to perform a 2nd level of cleaning, try that.

If after the 2nd level of cleaning, the quality is good, then no need to try the 3rd level of cleaning or else you can try the 3rd level as well.

Then print documents and check.

Also ensure the print settings are correct.

Go to Control Panel > Printers.

Select the Printer Icon > Right click and select Pritning Preferences.

Go to the Printing Shortcuts tab > Select the correct Paper Type and Paper Size there.

If you are printing on regular papers, then select "General everyday printing" and paper type as plain papers.

If you are printing on a Photo paper, then select "Photo Printing" and select the paper type and paper size correctly.

Then also go to the Paper/Quality tab and select the print quality as "Normal" or "Best".

Then try to print and check.
