The ink dries on ordinary paper but not on photographic paper. Do I have to use a particular type of paper?

I have not yet acted on your 'solution' as I am familiar with photographic paper and am aware that the maker's mark is usually on the reverse.  I thank you for your reply and wondered if a higher grade of paper would solve the problem.:smileyindifferent:
