HP Recommended

My HP600 deskjet printer  was OK  suddenly it does not work,  light does not  even turn on.  I have tried connecting in  several  places.  NOt sure if the failure is  in  the  printer itself or in the power supply -   MOd  C2175A . it  provides  30V to printer. 

 Does the printger  has  inside some  fuse?  maybe it  could  be be the cause.   I have not opened the  box in  printer because it says  it must be opened only by a technician.     If a  fuse is the  cause  maybe  it is easy to replace it.     What do you recommend me to do?
