Getting following error message: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.
Printer is out of warranty. Staples doesn't repair printers.
Removed and followed YouTube instructions for removing and cleaning printhead. That didn't work.
The computer knows a printer is there, but will not connect with it to actually print. And I can't get beyond the error message to have the printer clean printhead or do anything else.
