Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have ink, uninstalled/reinstalled driver, aligned, cleaned - deep cleaned and still only get blank pages when I try to copy. Any help appreciated! (scan doctor had zero solutions)

If you have tried all the steps in this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-3830-all-in-one-printer-series/7172321/document/c0... for  Resolving Copy Problems.

 

And if the issue still persists, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
