hello
I used to print from computer and phone.
today when printing from android phone (tried 2 differents) an image on A4 paper, the printer crashes blue screen and displays an error message B868B646 and have all lights flashing.
you then have to stay on stop button a while, the printer then reboots.
reproduced three times the error using two different images to print.
Any clue on why this error ?
The printer is still working ok from the computer, all goes through wifi, boith computer and phones.

I understand you've issues with printing from your android phone, follow the steps below-
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Reset the printer
Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
-
Wait 60 seconds.
-
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
Remove the ink cartridges and reset the printer

Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
-
Wait at least 60 seconds.
-
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
note:
HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Turn the printer on.
-
Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
-
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration or alignment page, do so.
