Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 8210 wireless printer shows as "Unknown" in my router wireless client list.

How can I make the router list display the printer name?

Printing is fine.

Using EWS, the printer appears to be named.

Router: TP-Link Archer C59

Thank you.

HP told me that my PC is infected with a virus or malware.

I was redirected to a support company (AnalytiqIT) who have charged me £250 to help with this issue.

I am also investigating this with the router manufacturer. I will post back in due course with my findings.
