Product: Deskjet 6954
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Yesterday my power went out (storm) and consequently my printer was shut down incorrectly. Now I get the error message OX6100004a. It says there's a jam, but there isn't. The shut down did it. I've tried several good suggestions. Not worked for me.

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
