HP Photosmart 7520

I am unable to print now after installing two black ink cartridges.  This has become very bothersome.  Every time I install the genuine HP cartridges I spend hours trying to get my printer to work.  I am very frustrated.  If not for the fact that I just spent over $75 for ink.  I would junk the entire printer.  This is I promise my last time.  Trying to get help with the same old solutions is not working.  The last time I ended up cleaning the spools.  But if time and money mean anything, I am done.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
