Hello, why my printer hp OfficeJet Pro 8720 does not accept non-hp ink cartridge?

I have already tried with two different new cartridges without success.

I found that at some point hp released firmware update to prevent using of non-hp cartridges and after that hp released another firmware update to cancel the previews one, but my printer is still preventing using of non-hp  cartridges.

Please, help me with solution.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges.

This is a Dynamic security enabled printer. The firmware update includes dynamic security measures, which may prevent supplies with non-HP chips or circuitry from working now or in the future. More at: www.hp.com/go/learnaboutsupplies.

Note: For printers manufactured prior to December 1, 2016 dynamic security will not be enabled by this firmware. Please note that HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP cartridges.

I see... How to turn off the Dynamic security feature? I'm not interested in hp security services.

Why Dynamic security cannot be disabled? 

My rigth is to decide which catridges to use (hp or non-hp). There is no rightible reason for HP to limit catridges type/brand usage. It's like for example some car manufacturer to limit using car fuel only for fuel pruduced by him. And car is much more complicated than printer and still car manufactures manage it to work very well with different brands fuels...
