hP officejet pro6830

when I click on the printer icon it shows "In an error state".I thought maybe the ink was low so I replaced all of them.I printed a test report everything was fine.Tried to print again it continues to be in an error state.How do I figure out the error and try to fix it?

Thank you all it's fixed now. There wasn't an actual error message just it was in an error state. It's better . Thank you
