printer is printing blank pages, id like to be able to talk to someone about my problem, the website has no information
@brianbo Does it print fine over an alternate device or as a stand-alone device? does the copier work? Are you able to print the diagnostics/print quality page using the printer alone?
while you respond to that, I suggest the below steps:
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report, and then evaluate the results.
Load plain white paper in the paper tray.
On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon , and then touch Tools.
The Tools Menu displays.
Touch Print Quality Report.
The printer prints the Print Quality Diagnostic report.

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
If the copier and print diagnostics page works fine, reinstall the print plugin and check if it works
