: printer says cartridge is depleted when I just put in a new one

Unless you are going to replace the product free of all charges or send someone to repair it on your money, I have nothing to say to you. I've already spent over a week of my spare time doing troubleshooting procedures on your websites and with your technicians. The warranty is up. I"m letting everyone know you are a company. And no I'm not interested in a coupon on a new printer. You either replace this free of charge or stop talking to me. What kind of nonsense are you spouting now about serial and case numbers being private? As if you people cared when you just took over 300 of my dollars to get garbage.
