Product: HP Officejet 6600

Printed one piece of paper this morning after that keeps saying error "Print Head Missing" I tried unplugging it and also took all 4 ink cartridges out and reinstalled. Didn't help, what should I do?

Hello,

 

I Would like to inform you that the print head is faulty.
As the print head is a fixed part so the only option is to service the printer.
