Product: deskjet ink advantage 2677
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HI I am trying to install a new HP 2677 printer.  It is connected by USB as well as wiFi but the lamp next to ink cartridge is blinking and the ink level for both cartridges is showing nil.  The HP smart software message says to install the installation cartridge supplied first but my sealed box had only one set of regular cartridge.  How do I overcome this since due to covid 19 no support person is available.
