First time this happened my printer stopped and there were flashing icons and C4EBA341 in the window. It corrected itself somehow. It has happened again. Paper ran out, I replaced it, but the printer didn't resume. I have the same flashing and numbers in the window. Have tried unplugging, etc., but I need a new suggestion!

Thank you in advance for helping.

Hi! @Sharlee, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand that your printer stops printing with flashing icons.

Don't worry I'd like to help.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Please try the steps mentioned below.

Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet
Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from any power strips or surge suppressors.
Plug the power cord directly into an electrical outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer.

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
