Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to print a picture, but the printer will only print in black/white. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still will not print in color. please help!

Please open HP Printer Assistant and change from there

 

(a) Double click Printer icon on desktop  (*)

(b) Open Set Preferences,

(c) Set Off under Grayscale options,

(d) Click OK/Apply

 

(*) If no printer icon on desktop, please

 

    (1) Press Win key,

    (2) From Menu, scroll downs and expand HP folder

    (3) Open your printer

    (4) Follow step (b) above

When I click on set preferences I get an alert. It’s says something caused a protection fault, exception code 0xe06d7363. 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still get this alert.
