Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the print quality issue.
To better assist you -
1.) Does the copy works?
2.) What's the application that you are printing from?
3.) Have you tried printing from a different device?
4.) Check the ink levels - From the home screen of the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon . The current ink levels display.
- If the ink level is low, replace the ink cartridges.
- If the ink levels are fine, try printing a Print Quality Report using these steps -
1.) Load plain, white paper in the input tray.
2.) On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon .
3.) Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Evaluate the Print Quality Report for defects. You may also refer to this document for further steps.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
