A couple weeks ago my printer won't print black. I brought a new set of inks (both colors and black) and started printhead cleaning exercise. After about 10 tries the printer is still not working, but the new set of inks is running low and the last quality report prints nothing. I don't want to buy a second set of new inks just for nothing. what should I do with this printer now? any advise is appreciated.
