i have a officejet 6600 printer and all the cartridges are new, but only the black is an actual hp ink cartridge, the others are not. For some reason it only prints in color and not in black. What can I do to print in black?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you able to copy in black?
The printhead could be clogged, and you might need to clean the printhead several times to restore print quality. Use an automated tool from the printer control panel to clean the printhead.
Never turn off the printer when ink cartridges are not installed. To avoid issues that require cleaning the printhead or that can damage the ink system, always replace ink cartridges as soon as possible, and always turn off the printer using the Power button.
Load plain white paper into the tray.
On the printer control panel, touch the right arrow to display more options.
Touch Setup, and then touch Tools. The Tools Menu displays.
Touch Clean Printhead.
Wait while the printer completes the printhead cleaning process, and then touch OK.
You might have to clean the printhead several times to correct the issue.
Try to print.
