The printer isn't printing. Have message on the printer's info screen: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." - But I couldn't contact HP beyond the chaos of HP's ill-devised web pages.

Simple question: I want to know what possible remedies there are for this. Why should it be difficult to find an answer? Already it has taken over an hour from an urgent project to reach this pane.

I hope some sort of HP monitor is reading this because I must also mention how enraged I feel towards HP. They are a giant corporation so why don't they have a decent customer service department? Amazon or Apple you can phone and find a solution. Why can't HP do that? Instead it's a Kafkaesque maze online, where for instance I am asked to Choose a Board (why is it called a board - that's already confusing) and the drop down options there do not include the problem issue! The overall impression is of an inhuman organization geared to  profit and ignorant of any moral responsibilities.
