This is new printer that I am setting up.
I can print with a USB, I can print from my iPhone, but I cannot print wirelessly from the laptop.
Message keeps saying printer is offline.
At least 5 hours of online/tele professional help has not fixed this problem.
What should I do?

Please contact Canon support for any help with the hardware, such is related to the printer and not to the computer and your printer manufacturer will be able to provide any assistant with its hardware or software.
