HP Officejet Pro 8620 HP 951XL printer cartridge
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I had message that one color cartridge was out of ink.  I replaced that one but got the message The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.  I read instructions for cleaning printhead with lint free cloth.  I did that, then replaced all 3 color cartridges (tho the magenta and yellow didn't need to be changed yet).

I then tried to unplug the printer and wait 60 seconds.  I still have the message.  I then tried to turn the printer off using the off button.  The printer gave me the message "Do not try to turn off printer as printer  initialization and calibration in progress.
