I would like to resume printing with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8625. The printer indicates that the printhead is installed improperly or has failed.
I have an 8630 but similar error message. I turned off and on then removed and reinstalled per graphic illustration. Everything appears normal but the error message still there. Any suggestions?
