printhead problem

i don't printing, or copying - Error message is "there in a problem with the printhead" code 0xc19a0003

ANY SOLUTION I WILL NEED TO REPLACE MY THIRD PRINTER IN NINE YEARS !

If you mainly print in black & white get yourself a laser printer.

HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer did put new ink cartiage include three colors  then showed same problem repeatly with printhead so again put other new three colors ink cartiages so show same problems

@dfquest27 , save you money and just replace the 6835 there is no fix for your problem.

@8lives , What do you mean there is no fix for this problem? Does HP designs printers that guaranteed to catastrophically fail after 3-5 years?

This is my second printer. 5180 first required capacitors replacement, then a small plastic gear in document feed module just split open. Spare module is technically available but required full disassembly sequence is highly classified and thus any spare parts are useless!
