Product: HP Envy Photo 6230

The colours on my original document have not come out as expected on the printed document. 

I have cleaned the print heads and also tried printing it out in a different format ie. odt/PDF but still no change. 

I have run a test on the cartridges with no reported problems. 

The colours printed were not affected by the cleaning and testing. 

Please find attached all documents and diagnostic results to help in resolving this problem. 

The colours are quite important as it is a logo and I need this resolved asap. 

I look forward to hearing from you with a solution.
