Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing windows 10 my printer will not print emails.  It is printing Microsoft word just fine. All drivers are up to date.

I understand you're unable to print emails from your computer. To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

 

Which mail application are you trying to print from?

What happens when you try to print webpages from the computer?

Is there any error message when you try to print emails?

 

Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

 

Also, If you are using the Chrome browser:

 

Chrome Browser:

Open the mail to be printed.

Settings > Print > Under Destination > Change > Select your Printer as the Default.
