when ever I try to print Avery labels 5202 from any of the 2 trays the printer will always jam no matter what I do single sheet or multiply sheets, I need help!!!

What program are you printing from? If from Word are you setting up the printer as shown in the document here? Have you set the paper size in the driver to 4"x6" ? Are you loading the labels label side down in the tray?   Are there error messages on the computer or printer screen?  What exactly are the error messages?
