Product: hp officejet pro 8600 - CM749A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to print address labels on a 1/2 sheet Office Depot address labels 10 per sheet.   I have the template to do the labels, but when I try to print them,  put in the 'custom size', the printer does not recognize the paper and I don't know where in the tray I should put the blank label sheet.  The label sheet is 4.25 " wide by 11"  high.     (10 labels per sheet).

I've tried left side, right side, middle and with luck.

 

any help would be appreciated or email with instructions to:  f24m23c@aol.com

The 8600 can not print that paper size.
