although i have changed to a new cartridge still ask me to replace

Hey there! @sotos, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand when you try to install a new cartridge on your printer you are getting incompatible ink cartridge error with the printer.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Does the issue persist when you put the old ink cartridge back to your printer?
Please provide the ink cartridge number you are using on your printer?
Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on your printer.
Clean the cartridge contacts and check if it helps.
Please try few steps recommended below.
Remove, inspect, and then reseat the cartridges
Follow these steps to make sure that the cartridges are inserted correctly.
NOTE:
HP cannot guarantee the quality of remanufactured or refilled cartridges. Use genuine HP cartridges for good print quality.

If the printer is off, press the Power button to turn on the printer.

Open the cartridge access door. The carriage moves to the center of the printer. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before continuing.

Press down on the cartridge to release it, and then pull the cartridge out to remove it from its slot.

CAUTION:
Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Touching these parts can result in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.

Remove any protective tape that still might be on the nozzles.
CAUTION:
Do not try to remove the copper electrical strip.

Hold the cartridge by its sides with the nozzles toward the printer, and then insert the cartridge into its slot. Make sure that the cartridge is inserted in the proper slot.

Push the cartridge forward into its slot until it snaps into place.

Repeat these steps to replace the other cartridge, if necessary.

Close the cartridge access door.
