Spectrum recently required that I exchange my old modem to a new spectrum modem; then, my router wouldn't work with that modem, so I got one from spectrum. Then my printer wouldn't work. The fix for that was to uninstall the printer's software, download and install the latest software. All fixed, right? wrong! now it prints only in a tiny font which my 78-yr. old eyes can't read, Yes, I know that there's a setting to change it, but dang if I can find where it hides! When you all stop laughing, please help me!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does it print in tiny font even while copying or just printing documents from the Computer?

If it's from the Computer, does it happen with all the applications you print from?

Here is a document that you can refer to: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01624889

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
