problem with Officejet 6600 "inksystem" and I cannot cold reset this printer

HP Officejet 6600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with my OfficeJet 6600. there is a problem with the printer or the inksystem

rebooting the printer does not help.

I can take out the cartridges however cannot find how to unmount the printhead.

Want to do a factory reset but the error message comes on the screen, and I cannot bypass the error so do not get the menu at all.

Is there a way to cold reset the printer ? Or any other clue that might help me out ?
