First I want to know that: 1) I have cleaned the cartridges, the cartridges, the ink cartridges, and in their replacement I have shaken them very well 2) Brunette is all new to Hp authentic I have also cleaned the receptacles from the black 3) I have done all the printer checks I still have trouble printing when I want to print blue ... if I put a photo just a blue color prints normally ... but when printing a resume blue prints it pink, I don't know the logo please help me to emphasize that the gray scale is off Please see photos to find out

Clean the printheads

  1. Make sure the printer is loaded with unused white paper.

  2. Open the printer Toolbox and select the Services tab.

  3. Click Clean Printheads. A Clean Printheads window opens. Click the Clean button.
