probleme d'impression avec hp 4520

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

bonjour nous avons 3 pc a la maison et 3 smartphones l'imprimante fonctionne parfaitement avec deux pc et avec les 3 telephones mais on ne peut rien editer a partir d'un pc (windows10) .L'installation de l'imprimante a ete effectuée avec le cd fourni lors de l'achat .Sur le pc ou cela ne fonctionne pas l'impression reste en file d'attente et on est oblige d'annuler les impressions  partir des pc qui fonctionne 

j'ai verifie tous les parametres mais rien n'y fait

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

 

I understand that you have troubles with the connection between printer and computer and you documents remaining in the printer queue and won't print. First of all, please use the HP Print and Scan Doctor. This tool finds issues within the Windows system and resolves it automatically. You can download the program from this hyperlink:

 

ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
