Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I am trying to print a publisher document that I've already printed numerous times. Currently it won't print as per preview. the document is landscape and is printing portrait at top of page. Would welcome any help. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Turn off the UAC from the control panel and Restart the PC.

  1. Type UAC in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
  2. Click Change User Account Control settings in the search results.
  3. To turn UAC off, drag the slider down to Never notify and click OK.
  4. You may be prompted to confirm your selection or enter an administrator password.
  5. Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.
  6. Try printing.
